A place to slow down

Stagecoach Wagon started as a simple idea: what if a roadside stop could feel like a destination? We opened our doors in Stuart with one espresso machine, a stand mixer, and a conviction that good food and honest coffee don't need a fancy address to be worth the stop.

Today we're a full-service coffee bar and bakery — but the rhythm hasn't changed. We bake in small batches before dawn, source beans we can trace back to the farmer, and keep a shelf of local groceries for anyone who needs a quick pick-me-up on the drive through the mountains.
